The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

It has a private, enclosed garden with an electric hot tub (an additional extra which is booked for the duration of the stay: 2nights=£70, 3=£100. 4=£125, 5=£145, 6=£160, 7=£160) and parking for two cars. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player, a super king bed and twin beds (and a cot if needed.) We are walking distance from the shop, coast path and pub, with 3 stunning beaches close by.

Parking is provided in a nearby car park which is approx 1 min walk from the bungalow.

The complex itself has ample car parking, onsite amenities open April - November, outdoor children's play area and access to a path to the beach.
