The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The property can sleep up to 24 people. There is a large picturesque garden with sunloungers and a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dinners in the summer with friends and family. There are many nearby attractions and scenery to explore in this beautiful part of the world.

The Dutch barn is a unique, dog friendly holiday cottage with a private Jacuzzi hot tub, EV Charger and indoor golf simulator. You can also visit our alpacas and sheep There are also 2 other cottages and 2 luxury shepherds huts available to rent The barn is detached and sleeps up to 8 adults plus cots

Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

The Beach Hut, Parade House. Our luxury 2 bedroom, self contained Duplex, has been recently built and is part of the prestigious Parade House development, in beautiful Woolacombe, Devon. Here you will find luxury self catering accommodation, with a large open plan living space with a private outside dining balcony. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

'Foxglove Lodge' is the jewel in 'Venn Lake's' crown, being our largest lodge. Guests can soak in the view of the lake, from the full-length windows of the living room. Easterly-facing, guests benefit from spectacular sunrises over breakfast. Of an evening, enjoy a glass of bubbly from the comfort of the wood-fired hot tub, complete with jets and lights. Star gaze to your heart's content, looking out over the dark sky area.

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view!
