Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! En bolig der byder på masser af hygge, og en fantastisk udsigt over Nólsoyarfjord. Boligen har moderne faciliteter og er bekvemt placeret. Lige udenfor kører der busser til centrum og en dagligvare butik er 2-3 min. væk. Selv om området er tæt bygget, er der rig mulighed for at nyde naturen. En sti langs området fører dig forbi dammen Myllutjørn, og en å løber langs stien. Andre skønne områder tæt på er bl.a. vandfaldet Svartifossur og Gamle Hoyvík, som er populær til at tage en kold dukkert i.

Nature is at your doorsteps - with a view overlooking right outside the Harbor and the Ocean. With just 1-7minuetts walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, university, hospital, grocery stores, 24/ kiosk, gas station and beach. 2 Kayaks with wetsuits are readily available for guests. Hósvík ligger centralt på Færøerne og er den perfekte base for at udforske øerne, eller bare slappe af i fredelige, flotte omgivelser. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

Perfekt sted at tage på ferie, da lejligheden på 75 m2 ligger 15 min fra Tórshavn, 30 min fra populære turist attraktioner feks. Gjógv, Elduvík, Saksun og Tjørnuvík Der er gå afstand til det idylliske "Prestá", hvor der er et lille vand man kan bade i, og gå ture ned til "Prestodda" ved fjorden. I lejligheden er der gode muligheder at lave god mad, og slappe af mens man nyder den fantastiske hav udsigt. Ingen trappetrin ude eller inde. Der er gulvarme over det hele med jordvarmepumpe.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Large apartment in Skála - 15 min from Tórshavn

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

Beggustova - Kaldbak

Newly renovated old house. Cozy and with a great view of the ocean and mountain. The house sleeps 5 and has in addition a airmatress several childrens beds. There is a playroom for children withtoysmganes and so on. The local area is relaxing with great nature for hikeing, fishing, walks in the village etc. There is a public sportshall and a large outdoor playground close by.
