The Grafton Chateau

Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

This cozy cottage is located on the beautiful Connecticut River, nestled between fertile farmland and Skitchewaug Mountain with views abound. The cottage design utilizes a small footprint while offering functionality and basic comforts, including a small kitchen. Great for all seasons, close to Okemo, Sunapee, Ascutney and other worthy attractions. Hiking and snowshoeing options at your front door. Secrete fishing and swimming holes located on the property. Bread and Butter Apartment

Our house is located just a few minutes from Magic Mountain and less than thirty minutes from Bromley, Stratton and Okemo. Chester and Londonderry are a short drive away, and there are many wonderful hikes nearby. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of our house and has a private entrance. It includes two cozy bedrooms, a 3/4 bath, a small kitchen and a comfy living room. The apartment still has that old Vermont charm and is perfect for a relaxed weekend in the Green Mountains.

This beautiful circa 1850 farmhouse sits between two rivers in the heart of Grafton Village. While the setting feels peaceful and secluded, you are only a two-minute walk from the historic Grafton Inn and the village center. Guests are also welcome to use our collection of bikes, tubes, and snowshoes stored in the garage for adventures around the village and nearby trails.
