Appartamento indipendente nel Centro Storico di Termini Imerese recentemente ristrutturato con soffitto in legno a vista e ceramiche artigianali, 3 vani e accessori su due livelli collegati da una scala interna. Vi si accede dalla Serpentina, strada alberata che collega Termini alta con Termini bassa. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, percorrendo le caratteristiche stradine acciottolate. Sono parimenti raggiungibili a piedi il lido attrezzato, il porto e la stazione ferroviaria.

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

La casa, situata al piano terra di un antica palazzina ottocentesca, prospetta su un piccolo ma curato giardino. Pur essendo in pieno centro è silenziosa. L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva

Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.
