Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

New Modern Detached 1br Guest House, close to DT

Detached Guest House that is on the same property of the main house. It is private, safe, and cozy 1br features a "Casper" queen bed. The living room features a twin-sized sleeper sofa, smart TV, and high-speed WIFI. Self-check-in with a keypad, for contactless and flexibility in arrival. Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-

Beautiful waterfront house with a view of lighthouse and quick (1 min) access to fast water. I have wonderful deck with glass windows you can see the view! Dock for two boats. Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. You can swim between docks or in the deep water. Beautiful view from the living room and sun room! Perfect for family and friends.
