Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.
