Appartamento vista mare nel centro di Barletta

La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. A solo 1,5 km dal centro, Torre Gigliano fu costruita nel XII secolo ai piedi dell’altopiano delle Murge, è immersa in una distesa di ulivi nell’agro di Ruvo di Puglia, paese ricco di storia. Utilizzata come torre di avvistamento e come osservatorio astronomico, la dimora è arricchita da una scala a chiocciola in pietra, unica nel suo genere e di straordinaria bellezza. L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
