A one km from the Catania and Messina located in a ideally located for visiting the tourist centers and archaeological sites of eastern Sicily, Etna, Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, Acireale, Acitrezza, the Aeolian Islands and many other places turistiche.La house recently decorated in a rustic and comfortable with 5 seats bed, with a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed plus extra bed on request, and a bathroom with shower.Guests lovers by the sea can easily reach by just two km with different types of spiage.Nella our house holiday will have the chance to enjoy the silence, tranquility and relatively cool summer evenings to enjoy strawberries, peaches and vegetables of the season that the owner puts at guests' disposal. Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

House is fully furnished: tv, satellite, internet, heating, and laundry. From the terrace, you can enjoy the panorama. Close to the town center, our house is the perfect base for several excursions. Mount Etna, Taormina, Catania, Acitrezza/Acicastello are easy to reach by car. Private parking. Pets are welcome. We live there during the summer

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
