Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. The house also includes a shaded parking space and a spacious terrace surrounded by paths and viewpoints overlooking the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Policastro.
