E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Neue Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung (75 m²) auf einem typischen Südtiroler Bauernhof, in ruhiger Lage auf 950m, mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Etschtal. Der Hof betreibt eine Pferdepension; er beherbergt außerdem ein paar Schafe, Hühner, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, unabhängig, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Trampolin und Schaukeln. Minimum 3 Nächte.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Am Fuße von Schloss Tirol, vor den Toren Merans liegt unser Bauernhof inmitten der eigenen Weinberge. In kürzester Zeit sind der Tappeinerweg, der Waalweg, aber auch die Altstadt von Meran erreichbar. Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt scheint der Hof im Jahre 1323 auf. Ein mächtiges Rundbogengewölbe und eiserne Türen zeugen noch heute von der damaligen Zeit.
