Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Lamoine Modern Guest House

Relax, recharge, & escape here. A unique & peaceful guest house in the woods of Lamoine, Maine with large windows (without coverings) looking out to the woods. Close enough to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park (45 min) but removed from the chaos. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. Great for a couple just wanting to get away and visit our surrounding areas. We are located 1.5 miles from Ellsworth. Convenient for groceries or visit local restaurants, we’re just outside of town. Visit Lamoine Beach & State Park (6 miles) or visit scenic Mount Desert Island, the village of Bar Harbor (19 miles)

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Fern Hollow Tiny House

Conveniently located less than 5 miles from Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park; 20 miles (30 minutes) from Acadia's Hulls Cove Visitor Center; 30 miles (45 minutes) from Acadia's Schoodic section; 10 miles (15 minutes) from the town of Ellsworth with Walmart, grocery stores, etc. For the more adventurous, it's an easy day trip to the Bold Coast Trail in Cutler and numerous other treasures along the coast.

Cottage 11 is a quaint rustic cottage with one king bed, a full bath with shower, A/C, mini-fridge, cable, television, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pot, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy our new communal outdoor kitchen—with a grill, Blackstone griddle, air fryer, hot plate, and plenty of seating. Please note that the hot tub and shared indoor amenities are no longer available.
