Great Get Away Centrally located

Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and room for a blow up mattress or two in the living room. We have a queen blow up mattress that we will set up if you want to use it. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

At 1,100 square footage, two bedrooms (queen bed in each), two bathrooms, heating/ac, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and very spacious living and dining room areas, you have plenty of room to enjoy each other's company. Meander down to the Trinity River on the Strawhouse Café side or enjoy the garden and mountain views from your living room.

Bear's Lair is a cozy and comfy riverfront get away. Our log home offers year-round peace and quiet. With picture windows and a great sitting porch, the river is ever present. Come and relax with the Wild & Scenic Trinity River in your front yard. Abundant recreational activities are on site (we offer inner tubes for floating the river) and the area is well known for outdoor recreation of all types. Prior approval required for pets at $50/pet.
