Staying here is like a visiting your Mamaw's house. It's simple, old fashioned decor is family friendly. The big front porch is a perfect place to sit with your coffee and watch the birds and butterflies, which are plentiful. Located adjacent to the Davy Crockett National Forest, we also have many deer and other critters in the woods behind the house. There are no visible neighbors, access is by a dirt road. Star gazing here is amazing! It's also only 30 minutes to either Crockett or Lufkin.

Located in the quaint town of Groveton, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time. “Mammie’s House” makes you feel like you’ve just gone to a visit at your Grandma’s. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage space throughout.

Golf cart rentals are available to explore the 140-acre property.
