You will find a kitchen with all the amenities you will need to cook your meals including tools for the BBQ.

We offer a comfortable furnished 1 bedroom apartment next to our home. It is a private space with keyless entry. Located on a ridge with westerly panoramic view, Redding city views & beautiful sunsets. Space includes kitchenette (no stove), small appliances; BBQ & pans. Comfy bed, dual shower heads. Close to I-5, River Trail, Sun Dial, golf course, hospitals & restaurants. It’s a peaceful oasis to rest & relax. *12% Bed Tax included in price. (Pet is not allowed without prior approval).

The Trinity River Rose

Come relax and unwind at our private shangri-la. A family friendly space with a solar heated salt water pool and outfitted deck, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and lots of amenities. This little bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully outfitted galley kitchen, grill, and a pool deck with comfy lounge chairs, dining and umbrellas. There is a yard with a fire pit and lawn games. Close to town and river swimming yet very secluded. Perfect for weekend getaways or weeklong adventures.

Mountain Chalet with pool and incredible views

Come relax in summer or winter at this peaceful mountain chalet. It sits at the highest point in Trinity village with amazing mountain views. beautiful decks with an outdoor seating area & grill that looks over the pool so you can watch the kids. Pool deck for relaxing down below as well. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

Mt. Shasta hand crafted Guest House

Nestled at the end of a quiet country road just outside of Mt Shasta, this lovely guest house offers a quiet, cozy, and relaxing space with Mountain View’s in almost every direction. The hand-crafted interior includes a full kitchen and gas range, full bathroom, queen size bed and full couch for extra sleeping space. There is also a 50’ lap pool with stunning views of Mt. Shasta that is available for guests to use. It is a short walk up the driveway to the pool area.

Pine Cone Cottage at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.

Bliss Acres: 5 acres with a fire pit, shared swimming pool, bocce court, peace, tranquility, and beauty offering gardens, private hot tub, Trinity River 1 mile drive. The 1-bedroom plus new sofa bed cottage is well constructed, modern design, beautiful natural lighting, with ample appliances to cook a meal or sip wine on your patio. Universal fast EV charger. Fish and hike. Welcoming diverse individuals. Child/Pet friendly. $30 per pet fee.

Cozy Cabin overlooking Shasta Lake

Small Cozy Cabin with great views of Shasta Lake. This small cabin can accommodate four. This cabin does allow pets with additional fees of $25 per pet. We also have larger cabins on Airbnb. UPDATE: Shasta Lake is experiencing severe drought and while there are still lots of cool things to do, the Lake on the Sac. Arm is currently experiencing low levels. We do have our dock in front of the resort. Still beautiful views!
