Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Please note that our apartment is situated on a slight incline. Additionally, kindly take caution as you plan your visit to the Arctic region, where roads may be covered with ice and snow.
