We’ve been working hard to update the property for everyone’s enjoyment!!! A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The house is a work in progress, and we are fixing it little by little. This is great if you want a big space in the country. This is not the Hilton, nor fancy by any means. *security camera outside

Unit is private comfortable rustic Studio Apartment with bath, for 1 or 2 ppl - (1 queen bed). Pool out front door! We live in separate log house next door - where 1 bedroom (queen) @ $35 is usually available for ADDITIONAL guests in YOUR party. Brkfst sometimes available for a fee by request.

Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the fields and sit by the lake and enjoy your coffee to watch the sunrise! Beautiful!

Come enjoy the lake life! Fish from the dock. Take out the paddleboards or kayaks, or better yet take the kayaks and go fishing out on the middle of the lake! Rent a boat from the Marina that is 5 mins away. Drive 15 mins to Downtown LaGrange and enjoy shopping, dining, local breweries, Nutwood Winery, Tour the Hills & Dale estate and so much more!
