This townhouse is the right-hand portion of the farmhouse, which has been divided into two townhouses. Lovely open airy vaulted ceilings with plentiful natural light fill the space. The Farmhouse is a historic property located on a quiet street right in the center of town. Shop and browse galleries on Commercial Street, and visit the nearby Long Point Light Station. Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Please be advised that the rate you pay/the listed rate, already includes taxes of 5.7% State Tax, 6.0% Local Tax, and 2.75% Cape Cod & Islands Water Pollution Fund Tax

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
