The Parliament is just across the street, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Rustaveli Ave., the main vein of the city, to museums and restaurants (but you will be surprised how quite our street is), and 10 minutes – to the old town and all major sights.

A new metro station "State University" opened in September which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are two supermarkets nearby one of which is open 24/7 and another is the cheapest one in Tbilisi. Also nearby you can find some nice cafes and restaurants both with Georgian and European cuisine and a little park. Enjoy your stay!

The neighbours are nice and friendly. Has a new smart TV. Building’s entrance is lockable and neighbors have cameras - it is very secure. My home is on the 3rd floor you can use both the elevator or stairs. Home is 40sq.m^2 which includes separate bedroom and gorgeous veranda.
