Our apartment is a part of a historical building, which was a home to many famous people and served as a background for the iconic Georgian movie “The Wedding”. The Parliament is just across the street, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Rustaveli Ave., the main vein of the city, to museums and restaurants (but you will be surprised how quite our street is), and 10 minutes – to the old town and all major sights.

This is a very new block and a very new apartment, fresh and clean. This flat is situated in a cozy area of Tbilisi, a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. A new metro station "State University" opened in September which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are two supermarkets nearby one of which is open 24/7 and another is the cheapest one in Tbilisi. Also nearby you can find some nice cafes and restaurants both with Georgian and European cuisine and a little park. Enjoy your stay!

The entire building, where apartment belongs has status of Culture Monument. This building is one of the last Mohicans among authentic old Tbilisi buildings. For those who are interested in Tbilisi culture and eclecticism, I can recommend. The center of old town is a unique place, with different religions and cultures put together.

The neighbours are nice and friendly. Has a new smart TV. Building’s entrance is lockable and neighbors have cameras - it is very secure. My home is on the 3rd floor you can use both the elevator or stairs. Home is 40sq.m^2 which includes separate bedroom and gorgeous veranda.

Apartment "New Tbilisi Terrace" is located near the pedestrian street, where you can enjoy a nice walk, there are beautiful buildings with small shops, numerous bars, restaurants and cafes. The house is located on the bank of the Mtkvari River. The terrace of the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the river and the city. Such a beautiful view is almost nowhere, you can see most of the sights of Tbilisi. The apartment is equipped with all amenities.
