There is a nice outdoor heated pool and workout center. Close to the long and scenic Anza trail perfect for hiking and birdwatching. Walking distance to the town center and all the artsy little shops in town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and office tables. Townhouse has a water filtration system.

It has a full bathroom but is detached from the casita. Minutes to all major attractions, Tubac 15 minutes away. 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix in summer.
