Tucked in a peaceful wooded corner on our 20-acre 1700’s farmstead, you can visit the animals, see the rhythm of our family farm life, and enjoy being in nature. New - Hot tub 2025! Located 3 miles south of Lancaster, we are 15-20 minutes within major attractions including Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish Country, Strasburg, and Lititz.

Meticulously maintained private quiet gated enclave featuring a restored vintage 1800 historic farmhouse and pastoral land- 1 hour from NYC. The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Peaceful, renovated cottage with year-round hot tub less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park and lake! 1 bedroom (with king size bed!), 1 bathroom The park has hiking, fishing & water sports. Close to great dining, breweries, coffee, & other activities, but far enough from town to feel relaxing & somewhat secluded. Dog friendly! The Log House at Twin Brook

A cozy family getaway. While staying here, you will get to live in this historic stone home with a beautiful log addition. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live. Set out in the country, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the woods, fields, and buggies going by on the road. The house is set close to the road, so traffic can be heard at times.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
