The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Let's not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City which has some of the best restaurants, casinos and nightlight in the world!

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Sweetwater House on the Mullica River

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home directly overlooking the Mullica River, where you have 270-degree views of water. Recently renovated home included 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Open floor plan provides spacious living area to spread out and an outside deck overlooking the river inlet. Enjoy watching the boating and wave runners riding on the river. This is your oasis for relaxation and enjoyment of river life within a stone's throw from the Sweetwater Casino and Marina.

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.

Our home is fully equipped with newer kitchen appliances, full sized washer and dryer, 4 comfortable bedrooms - 1 bedroom is a twin bunkbed room that sleeps 4 children comfortably, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, dining area & kitchen featuring an 8ft island. New bulkhead can dock a boat up to 23'.

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying.
