Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Chill out in the huge pool* (only shared with main house) & relax in a remodeled frontier cabin with hiking & mountain biking right out the front door, 5 mins to stores & restaurants. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

Cimarrones is an historic property located in the heart of Tucson's charming Barrio Viejo. Completely renovated in 2021, the building is now a duplex, with Cimarrones fronting the picturesque street. While the charm of the historic elements - the thick adobe walls, high ceilings with wood vigas, brick paver floors - has been preserved, a selective choice of luxury contemporary conveniences, fixtures and finishes will make your stay supremely comfortable. Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor.
