The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
