A causa dell’ambiente salino, le luci presenti del terrazzo e l’ombrellone potranno non essere sempre a disposizione.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

A 50 m dal mare, parcheggio privato gratuito e terrazza con tutta la privacy di un appartamento a ingresso indipendente, in una delle zone più ricercate di Livorno, sul bellissimo lungomare di Viale Italia, a 2 passi da Terrazza Mascagni, Acquario e un nuovissimo centro commerciale. Tutti i servizi e spiagge attrezzate nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata bus a pochi passi. Vicinissimo anche al porto. Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. "Marina's House_the roof" apartment is born 3 years after the "Marina's House" airbnb from which it was inspired. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station. The typical terrace is just in front of the sea bringing you true sea's colours and flavours.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
