However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Enjoy your stay in Minneapolis in a custom-designed home. Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

Sparrow Suite on Grand


This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

We've lovingly restored this charming home to create a stylish and unique guest house experience, perfect for groups and families seeking a memorable stay in Saint Paul.

Private 2nd floor of charming duplex in historic Union Park neighborhood. Queen bedroom, living room w/ double bed, kitchen, huge closets, balcony. Off street parking, sauna, laundry. Easy walk to Macalester College, Whole Foods. Six block walk to Allianz Field, 1.5 miles to St. Thomas, Hamline, St. Cate's, Concordia. 15 min to MSP Airport. Amelia Earhart lived here according to neighborhood legend.

Coined "The Tree House" by family, friends, and guests we promise your stay will not disappoint! Enjoy one of a kind views of the St. Croix River and River Valley while being just minutes to downtown Hudson, 20 minutes to Stillwater, and 40 minutes to the Twin Cities. Driveway may be icy in the winter months so please plan accordingly. Note: Max occupancy is 3 persons. No parties or pets please.
