You're 2 blocks from public transit and close to restaurants, bars, grocery, coffee shops, and a liquor store. You're 2 miles from Downtown. Two guests are best, but the space can accommodate three. One of the city’s best inner-city parks is across the street with a walking path in warm months, and a sledding hill and ice skating in winter! The lake is NOT suitable for swimming.

This was realized by literally bridging the original Icehouse of Lake Calhoun to a newer addition by a mahogany bridge that pours natural light into the living room from upper level skylights. Indeed, its a unique place that is on the scheduling short list with HGTV's House Hunters!

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
