Stillwater Oasis

Cottage home on the lake near downtown Stillwater. This little oasis is surrounded by trees and 400 feet of lakeshore. Watch the loons from the dock, take the kayaks out to see the wildlife, enjoy sunsets from the firepit or hammock, and hot tub under the stars. A path in the backyard can take you around the lake or to downtown Stillwater. The home has a cottage feel on the outside, but a modern aesthetic on the inside. It'll feel like a home away from home. Lakefront Charm: Your Cozy Studio Escape!

Welcome to your small, but cozy lakefront studio. It’s 340 sq/ft of cuteness. It is attached to the main house, but you have your own private entrance. Your own deck sitting area right off your patio doors where you can relax with a good book or simply enjoy life at lake. You’ll have access to the dock if you want to bring your fishing pole or just go dangle your toes in the water. If you have a boat, there’s two public launches around the lake. You can anchor on our dock during your stay.

Jim & Peg’s Private Suite

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

This cozy lakefront house is close to everything, making it easy to get around anywhere in the Twin Cities! 5 minutes to shops and grocery stores, 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to the Mall of America and St Paul/Mpls Airport. We have a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, games for all ages & more! Hot Tub access hours: 8AM- 10:30PM * Quiet hours are 10PM to 7:30AM. * Our lake house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, no partying, vistors, or events allowed

Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and bath. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk, muffins, bagels, and fruit. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.
