Renovated in 2021, this spacious second-floor studio apartment is located in a Victorian mansion a block from the Minneapolis Art Institute of Arts , 6 blocks to the Convention Center, close to "Eat Street" restaurants, uptown, downtown and chain of urban lakes. Perfect for the business traveler or couple on a weekend getaway. Off-street parking and wifi are included. We follow AirBnb's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines--disinfect and deep clean top to bottom. This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
