Barndo on the Ridge

Barndo on the Ridge is located in north Abilene not far from downtown and close to S. 1st. The Barndo sits at the top of a hill surrounded by pure west Texas country. Get away and enjoy the peace of the country, sip coffee on the porches and enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Many wildlife can be seen near the feeders, around the property and flying in the sky. You can also get a front row seat to view the military planes as they fly over during the day practicing their flight trainings.

Jackalope Manor (Pet Friendly)

Enjoy your stay in Abilene in cozy comfort at Jackalope Manor, centrally located and close to everything Downtown has to offer. Built in 1928 and recently renovated, it is right around the corner from Abilene's Cultural District, SoDa District and Warehouse Districts. Jackalope Manor boasts a large privacy fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur babies to roam, as well as an outbuilding housing a seating area perfect for a game of poker & a cigar or other indoor/outdoor games.

It even has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee & bottled water. There is additional space for you to plug in if needed and do a little work with the provided desk and wifi. Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!
