I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Tomten är i två nivåer, en väldigt privat del med en stor uteplats, solstolar, trädgunga, ute-kök, grill och en där man kan spela fotboll, kubb, tälta mm En drömhus för naturälskaren!

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med dubbelsäng, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.
