About:
Summerhouse from the mid 60´s, located on the heights of Korsholmen, a small island, just outside Dalarö. Isolated in it´s own way from surrounding buildings, with a view over Dalarö and the boatyard underneath.
The sun lights up the interior thru the big windows from sunrise to sunset. With a great view of Dalarö across the water. Even greater from the viewpoint, just 40 meters from the house.
Open planning between living room and kitchen. Toilet, workroom, bedroom and guest room are all separate. A wide terrace surrounds the north and east sides of the house.
Surroundings / How to get here
Dalarö is the center of the southern archipelago. A small society with a traditional appearance, buildings from the 1700´s next to summerhouses, restaurants, bakery, fish-shop, a bank office and a tourist information center. Dalarö can be reached by the archipelago boats (W) from central Stockholm. And from Dalarö the traffic goes on to Kymmendö, Ornö, Utö, Fjärdlång, amongst many other islands.
Public parking is also available and easy to find, making it convenient to drive 40 minutes from central Stockholm to Dalarö (might be busy during high-season). Naturally there is also the option of using the very accessible public transportation from central Stockholm to Dalarö, which takes you to your destination within 1 hour and 15 minutes.
