Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).
