Come to relax and get away, and/or get some work done with highspeed Starlink internet with a powerful mesh wifi network. Residential area, yet only 5 min walk to restaurants/bars. The solar only heated hottub is not hot on rainy or cloudy days.

From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
