A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Full kitchen, class touches, private deck & garden looking out to sea, and gentle farm sounds from Llamas, sheep & other and animals! A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

A small kitchen provides for most needs and shared laundry facilities are available. The king size bed boasts luxurious linen and can be converted to two king singles.
