The Red Door - 1 Bedroom Studio and Bfst

The Red Door has been freshly renovated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and private space. A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Penguin Farm Retreat - Spa Cottage

Amazing Sea and Mountain Views - watch the sunset from the 6 seater spa. Truly relaxing !! Self contained 2 story Cottage in a stunning 4 acre hobby farm, under 5 mins from the town of Penguin, at the base of the Mt Dial to Cradle Mountain range. The cottage has everything in place. Full kitchen, class touches, private deck & garden looking out to sea, and gentle farm sounds from Llamas, sheep & other and animals! A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Central Grove Apartment

Central Grove Apartment is situated within the town centre of Ulverstone. Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and regional airports. There is ample off-street parking. It is a modern addition (2019) to the back of a house with own amenities, separate entrance via ramp and key in lock box. Communication with guests via phone or email

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place overlooking the Leven river and Anzac park and only 5 minute walk to the CBD. They fully self contained home features 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, kitchen, lounge, laundry, bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Secure off street parking with two remote controlled gates ensure ease of entry and departure of vehicles.

This beautiful new studio apartment is within walking distance to parks, beaches, river precinct, cafes and beautiful specialty shops which Ulverstone has to offer. Situated at the rear of my home, the studio has high quality furnishings, its own private entrance and sunny outdoor deck complete with BBQ. A small kitchen provides for most needs and shared laundry facilities are available. The king size bed boasts luxurious linen and can be converted to two king singles.

Madden Cottage

Private, self contained studio in a quiet but central part of Devonport. Facing north with a sliding door opening onto a private outdoor seating area. Also allowing the sun to warm the polished concrete floors of the studio . A comfy queen bed will provide guests with a good nights sleep. Ideal position for the city with great cafes, supermarkets and Hill Street IGA nearby. Just a short walk away to the Mersey River with its shared bike and walking path.
