Our Cottage is a beautiful rustic cottage on the very popular Midlands Meander Route. It is on a farm with lots of lovely open spaces and beautiful surrounding views. The cottage has a lovely warm outside shower and also a panoramic view . It is very comfortable and perfect for children and also is pet friendly for those who don't like to leave there pets at home. Our Cottage has a 1 km dirt road off the main R103,at times it can be quiet tough with a small car. Please check if you are worried

Ideal for families visiting nearby schools eg Clifton Prep, Michaelhouse et al. A great base from which to explore the Midlands and Drakensberg. Solar system during loadshedding.

The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

The Aloe house is a completely solar powered house which will not be affected by the load shedding whatsoever. You have a spectacular view of the Malungane mountain from every room of the house with its ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. their is a large fire place in the main living room to make fires during those crisp winter nights. in winter the cows calve right outside the house which can be a great insight into the farm life. sunsets over the entire Drakensberg range.

This charming farm cottage is perfectly located on Sakabula Country Estate. Just a short drive from Howick, you’ll have easy access to quaint cafés, farm stalls, and the famous Midlands Meander, offering everything from artisanal goods to outdoor adventures. Woodsong Cottage - 自炊式

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.

Located in Howick Village in the Natal Midlands, close to Midlands Meander, Midmar Dam, Berg wihin 40-70 minute drive and Beach approximatley 1 hr's drive. Karkloof Adventures, close by, including excellent Cycle Tracks! Cottage equipped with TV, Internet and wifi. Washing machine available for guest use. 2 Electric blankets available.
