San Jose, Downtown, Cozy Craftsman Duplex

You will enjoy your own private living space. Duplex. Our place is a beautifully restored Craftsman home, spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed for a very comfortable stay. I’m available on the premises next door if you need anything. Near the end of a leafy, quiet street close to downtown San Jose. We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

In a quiet area of town, our house is a short 15 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto and 1 mile from Stanford University. This spacious, well-appointed and renovated basement unit is bright with 10' high ceilings, large windows and its own entrance and patio. A/C. The bedrooms have king and queen beds, and the living room has a 65” TV, large sectional sofa and a desk area. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator, DW, Nespresso, cooktop and microwave. Great for families and business travelers.

For those who are inclined to have an active lifestyle, We are close to Purisima Creek, Huddart Park, and El Corte De Madera Hiking and Biking Trails. This space is perfect for two! (read more about the space) 20 minutes away from Half Moon Bay with beautiful beaches and 30 min. from Stanford, Palo Alto. We are adjacent to The Mountain House Restaurant. Res recommended. Short drive to local breakfast place. NO PETS!

Private, Detached, Urban Creekside Studio.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

We have worked hard to create a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for the business traveler who has been traveling/working all day or for families who are visiting and want a comfortable “home base”. Our beautiful, clean and comfortable 2 story loft overlooks the main “Row” with popular restaurants and shops or you can take an easy walk across the street to Valleyfair Mall. Our 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The whole group will enjoy this bright and spacious 3BR + office/2.5 home in the heart of Silicon Valley only one block from Santa Clara University and 13 minutes drive to Levi's Stadium! There’s a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer in the home which guests are welcome to use!

You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space and that it is a self contained small cabin with a tiny deck.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Perfect for hikers and bikers.
