Located in the middle of an intact, unspoiled nature by the river Rhein and not too far away from some of Switzerlands gems. This is the ideal location for an active or passive break of 2 to 7 days in order to relax, do sports and go sightseeing. Come and visit us, we would be pleased to spoil you.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Wohnung ist funktonal und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und die Bahnhaltestelle wie auch der See sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der schöne Uferweg lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein grosses Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Das moderne Studio wird durch einen grossen Sitzplatz Richtung Süden und einem privaten Balkon Richtung See abgerundet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Privatsphäre.

Mini-Villa im Grünen und doch zentral. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, um im Appenzellerland zu entspannen und St.Gallen zu erkunden. Auch als Hotelalternative für Geschäftsreisen sehr gut geeignet. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und schnelles Internet stehen zur Verfügung. Kurze Distanz nach St. Gallen und zur Autobahn A1. Nicht verfügbar für Partys.

Ein "Seeherzchen" für Zwei: Mit Pool und Sauna

Klein und gemütlich ist unser Apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 qm), das nur ein paar Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit Badeplatz entfernt liegt. Mit schönem Blick in den alten Schlosspark, genießt Du hier ein paar ruhige Tage am See. Dabei stehen Dir im Haus auch Hallenbad, Sauna oder Tischtennisraum zur Verfügung. Vielleicht schon bis bald? Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
