Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Conveniently located a 2min walk from Heretaunga train station taking you directly to Westpac stadium / the city, also close to Royal Wellington Golf Club & Trentham Race Course it is the ideal place to stay if you are attending an event at one of these venues. Cafe & bus stop 2min stroll away.

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Open plan full kitchen, dining room and lounge with everything you would need to cook a meal. Separate bedroom with a new queen bed. If required a single bed can be added to the lounge to provide extra guest. Bathroom with new shower, toilet and vanity. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and a clothes line. Off street parking for two cars. Pet friendly.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Separate entry with combination lock for effortless self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.

A bright sunny semi detached studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.
