Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen/dining space and bathroom with high pressure shower.

The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.
