Mr. Ed and Miz Lola have tidied their rooms for you and offer 4 beds total. There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. Now that's a wagon load of fun, Partner! Ya'll come now!

Beautifully landscaped with pond and fish to feed. Home has all the features to come and rest!!

The property has a large lawn area with picnic tables and firepit for watching the stars and cooking s'mores. Our Cottage is the perfect size for two. It features a king size bed and two swivel chairs for relaxing as well a table for eating or working. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator, as well as a Keurig Coffee maker, toaster and dishes for two. There is also a bbq supplied.

Enjoy sleeping in one of the elevated log beds, enjoying your coffee at the bottle-cap bar table, working remotely from comfortable and well-lit living room, unwinding around the fire pit, or enjoying a sunset on the back deck. Note: two houses nearby are quite rundown. Harmless, but trashy potheads.

A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. The bathroom has a stand up shower. Loaner kayaks in summer months, sled in winter. 30 minutes to beautiful Crater Lake park boundary.

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. This is a simple 3 bedroom two bath manufactured home 1/2 mile off highway 97. 2 bedrooms are furnished and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office. We have great wifi. Crater Lake is close by...1/2 hour, There are Klamath and Agency Lakes close by with great fishing. Lots of bird watching opportunities from the home and surrounding area. We charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests. We also charge $15 per pet, and a $10 a day electricity fee. Thanks

Welcome to The Basin Bungalow. Located close to Downtown Klamath Falls and right on route to Crater Lake National Park. This house was remodeled in 2020 and has thoughtful furnishings. There is a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and another queen bed and desk in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a new TV to stream your favorites. The kitchen has a gas range, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is small and narrow but has a full tub and shower.

This cabin is remote and is tucked in the woods. There are 3 lodges close by with great restaurants. Harriman' s is the closest. The cabin sleeps six comfortably. King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. Walking distance or short drive to crater lake zip line, lots of beautiful hiking trails, miles of lake to canoe or kayak. Only 45 miles to crater lake. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Fire pit outside for campfire. BBQ grill
