Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vloerverwarming, 2 fietsen, privetuintje, en een héérlijke douche. En dat in de bosrijke omgeving. Knus, comfortabel, goed bereikbaar &prima WiFi Huisdieren zijn welkom. We rekenen €15,- voor extra schoonmaawerk.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.
