Our house is located backside of the beach, surrounding from paddy fields. (150rps for car) We don't have WiFi but network connectivity is very good.

The apartment is surrounded by palm trees, well ventilated and full of natural light. Being on the 3rd floor it has three balconies that look out onto the tree tops directly in front. It is spacious and furnished for comfort. Nice eateries and grocery shops are close by as well.
