Cottages at the foothills of a mountain with a natural stream flowing underneath during monsoons (seasonal June to October). There is a Restaurant for your food services. A unique nature stay in western ghats, stretched over 8.5 acres ,an acacia farmland and a perfect getaway for your family and friends with a ton of activities for all. A 155 m Zip-line for that adrenaline rush, a swimming pool and a rain dancing platform for chilling. A bunch of cycles to explore as well.

A Malnad arecanut, coconut and pepper orchard, right beside basavanahole - a tributary of Varada river. Home-made breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. Seasonally inspired lunch and dinner includes Malnad cuisines like kesuvina sabzi, basale soppina saaru, thambli of varieties, to mention a few. Much of the ingredients used are farm-produce. Home-grown fruits and farm-produce is available for purchase, seasonally. Natural manure and organic. Peace and tranquility.

You will find yourself cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys and springs in a wooded environment The Farm House is an excellent blend of the modern and the traditional. It shares its neighbourhood with the likes of Rachol Seminary and other Ancient Churches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families, and particularly those wishing for a long stay.
