The free town bus stop is across the street & will take you to the Avon Center where you can connect to BC or Vail, etc. Close to all in Avon & steps to river/bike path. Walk to Nottingham Lake/Park. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious LR and Comfy king bed!

The living room has a new large sectional and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy in the winter. Dining table seats six and overlooks the river. All nice new mattresses in the bedrooms. The master has a queen bed & private full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed twin over queen.

This is our home and we started from the ground up as we furnished it. Every room has been freshly furnished in a midcentury-modern/scandinavian style. We've built the place out to be perfectly set up for a ski vacation or family gathering!

Keystone Mountain Base, walk to Peru Chairlift!

My place is at the base of Keystone Ski Mountain. It faces the ski mountain with a large deck, and steps away from heated pool and hot tub. Walk over the bridge and you are at the Peru Chair Lift. It's right on the bike path to ride to Frisco and Vail. Walk to River Run Village or Lakeside Village. New carpet throughout, new furniture, August 2022 Newly remodeled bathrooms, January 2024
