Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Sastoji se os 2 spavaće sobe, kuhinje s punom opremom, hodnika , kupatila i terase sa pogledom na vrt. Stan je opremljen centralnim grijanjem, klima uređajem, WI-FI, LED-TV sa satelitskim programima, hladnjak sa zamrzivačem, toster, kuhalo za vodu, kafe mašina. Možete parkirati dva auta u dvorište i uživati šetajući desetak minuta do plaže i obližnjih barova. Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. Tri spavaće sobe su opremljene klima uređajem i vlastitom kupaonicom. Osvježite se u bazenu na ograđenoj parceli te pripremajte svoja najdraža jela na roštilju. U blizini se nalaze restorani, manji dućani te prirodne plaže. Posjetite grad Pulu i obližnju Fažanu sa čijeg doka svakodnevno polaze izletničke brodice za Brijune (Nacionalni park).

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Apartman je kompletno renoviran, opremljen novim namještajem i sa detaljima kojima smo htjeli stvoriti ugođaj "kao kod kuće" U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. .

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
