Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Možete parkirati dva auta u dvorište i uživati šetajući desetak minuta do plaže i obližnjih barova. Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. Ova moderna kuća sa grijanim bazenom se nalazi u naselju Valbandon. Moderni dizajn te atraktivno uređenje će Vam osigurati nezaboravan godišnji odmor. Tri spavaće sobe su opremljene klima uređajem i vlastitom kupaonicom. Osvježite se u bazenu na ograđenoj parceli te pripremajte svoja najdraža jela na roštilju. U blizini se nalaze restorani, manji dućani te prirodne plaže. Posjetite grad Pulu i obližnju Fažanu sa čijeg doka svakodnevno polaze izletničke brodice za Brijune (Nacionalni park).

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
