At our property, you need not sacrifice comfort to experience the wilderness of Alaska. The property features three modern 400 sq ft houses complete with covered decks, fully functioning kitchens, full bathroom, and queen beds. Located at mile post 6 - 10 miles from downtown. This house is positioned with view over Robe Lake and surrounded with incredible Chugach Mountains views.

Deluxe Studio Cabin - Sleeps 4. Valdez KOA Journey

Welcome to our much loved veteran family owned and operated KOA campground! This is a Deluxe Cabin with full bathroom. Wake to mountain views whilst enjoying a fresh brew of coffee, or catch up with our fast streaming Wi-Fi. As you return after a day of exploring Valdez, you will find your picnic table, BBQ grill, and fire pit waiting for your enjoyment. Sleeps up to 4. 1 Queen Bed, plus pullout sofa bed with linens. Also included is a Microwave and a Mini Fridge. No Pets Allowed, No Smoking.

Nine-Mile Nugget

Located between Valdez and Thompson pass, this little "mini" offers everything you need to be comfortable on your stay. A short 13 mile drive from Valdez will have you nestled in the woods where you will enjoy peace and serenity. Newly renovated Studio-Style BnB offers a private bathroom, and a "mostly" full kitchen. (There is no range/oven, but there is a toaster, Air-Fryer, microwave, and hot-plate for all your cooking needs!) This unit is upstairs with about 12 steps to the top.

Klondike Cottage || 3 Bed 2 Bath

Where the mountains meet the sea in Valdez, Alaska is where you’ll find Klondike Cottage. Our cozy and inviting home is conveniently located down a modest street in town. After a fun filled day fishing and sightseeing on the ocean, hiking or skiing some of our amazing trails, or skiing and snowboarding at Thompson Pass, you'll happily retire to your comfortable home away from home. Everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation is in the home and well-maintained for your comfort.

The Gingerbread House

Experience a piece of Valdez history when you stay at the Gingerbread House! This house was originally built on the old Valdez townsite, then moved and renovated after the 1964 tsunami. This home is located in town and is within walking distance of Valdez's restaurants, shops and attractions. Inside are two bedrooms with queen and full size beds. The couch can turn into a third bed to accommodate another two guests. In addition, there is a back deck and private back yard.

The Shabbin Playhouse at Alpine Woods 10 mile

Break out the winter gear! Your stay at he Shabbin is a private room that has everything you will need in it. Entry passcode lock. 1 Queen bed & pillows. Clean bedding & bath towels provided. Our home is a brand new construction built in 2018 in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. Although, we are not located in town, we are just minutes away by car or bike. Access to beautiful trails, for your hiking and skiing pleasure, that lead to Shoup Bay and Mineral Creek. Our home is about a mile from the shoreline and nestled closely to the mountainside.

Historic Valdez Home

Unwind after a day of exploring the last frontier in our newly renovated historical home. Enjoy the historical charm of this original built 1911 home that was moved post 1964 earthquake to its current location in the new Valdez townsite. The house has been completely refurbished to include modern amenities with historic accents throughout the home.
